The DirecTV Group’s nationwide satellite TV service ranked No. 1 in an independent customer survey of pay-TV services, the El Segundo-based company said Tuesday.
This is the ninth consecutive year that the nation’s largest satellite TV provider by subscribers, has beaten out all major cable TV companies in the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
For this latest survey, DirecTV also scored higher than Dish Network, the nation’s second-biggest satellite TV provider by customers.
