Aspect Ratio: An image’s ratio if its width to its height.
Bezel: Frame of a display or device.
Bit Depth: Number of bits used to indicate the color of a single pixel or the number of bits used for each color component of a single pixel.
DOOH: (Digital Out-of-Home). Simply put, advertising experienced outside of home.
FHD: (Full High Definition). 1,920 x 1,080 pixels image resolution, typical resolution for Blu-Ray discs, high-def videos in YouTube and other streaming platforms.
Frame Rate: Also known as frames per second or FPS is the rate at which consecutive images or frames appear on a display.
HD: (High Definition). At least 720 or 1080 scan lines per frame in wide-screen format.
HDMI: (High-Definition Multimedia Interface). Audio/video interface used for transferring uncompressed video and compressed digital audio data from an HDMI compatible display controller to a monitor, projector, tv or digital device.
HDR: (High Dynamic Range). Reproduces a greater range of luminosity than that which is possible with photographic techniques.
LCD: (Liquid Crystal Display). Flat panel display commonly used in TVs and computer monitors.
LED: (Light-Emitting Diode). A semiconductor diode which glows when a voltage is applied.
LED Display: Flat panel display that uses many light-emitting diodes as pixels for a video screen..

Pixel: (Picture Element). Basic unit of an image displayed on a computer or video display screen.
Pixel Pitch: Distance in millimeters from the center of a pixel to the center of the next pixel.
Pixel Resolution: Total number of pixels in a digital image.

Progressive Scan: Display scan pattern where each line of the frame is scanned sequentially.
Refresh Rate: Number of times per second a display device shows a new image.
Saturation: In color, the degree to which a color is diluted with white light or is pure.
Seamless: No visible divisions between displays.
UHD: (Ultra High Definition). Also known as Ultra HD, it includes 4K UHD and 8K UHD, which are two digital video formats with an aspect ratio of 16:9.
Video Wall: Large visualization surface consisting of multiple displays that make it seem as one large display surface.
